When the AC air pump is working, the ambient temperature rises and the relative humidity decreases; When the compressed air expands, the temperature of the air decreases, the relative humidity increases, and generally water will flow out of the cylinder. So the air humidity is too much, what impact will it have on the air compressor?

If the air humidity is too high, it will be very corrosive to the air breathing AC charging pump, which will cause some parts of the AC charging pump to rust, thus shortening the service life of the AC charging pump. And it will also narrow the compressed air passage of the AC air pump, adding resistance to air movement.

If the air humidity is too large, it is not conducive to the operation of the AC air pump to compress the air, so that the tightening equipment and pneumatic machinery suffer from hydraulic impact. If the cooler and cylinder store a lot of water, it will cause damage to the machine; If the water in the air is mixed with the smooth oil in the process of tightening the air by the AC air pump, the smooth efficiency will be reduced, not only the poor sealing will be formed, but also the smooth oil will degenerate.

AC air pump cooling fan: the cooling fan is used to cool down, which can dissipate heat during tightening process to ensure the normal temperature of tightening air

High pressure valve of AC charging pump: the pressure of high-pressure safety valve can be controlled freely to ensure safe operation under high pressure (it needs to be turned on and preheated for 3-5 minutes before each application)

AC air pump oil level indicator: the oil level indicator can check the oil level change at any time to ensure the safe operation of the compressor

Blowdown valve of AC air charging pump: manual blowdown valve is used to discharge waste gas and oil during operation (turn over the blowdown valve every 15 minutes or so for blowdown during charging)
